Fifteen Coffee

Ingredients 

• 6 cl Whisky Bastille 1789 Single Malt “Le XV”


• 2 cl coffee


• 1 cl bitter orange


• 1 egg white


• 1 icing sugar

Preparation 

• Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.


• Shake vigorously for a few minutes. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake again vigorously.


• Serve immediately, after removing the ice cubes, in a whisky glass. Sprinkle with ground coffee and enjoy.
