Bastille sour

Ingredients 

• 6 cl Whisky Bastille 1789 Single Malt


• 2 cl elderberry liqueur


• 2 cl fresh lemon juice


• 1 egg white

Preparation 

• Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.


• Shake vigorously for a few minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.


• Serve immediately in an 'old fashion' glass and enjoy.
