The potion
                Ingredients 
- 4 cl D.U.C whisky
 
- 2 cl cognac
 
- 1 cl red wine reduction
 
- 2 dashes of Mole Bitters
 
- 1 spray d’absinthe
 
- 4 star fruits
 
Preparation 
- Chop 4 star fruits and add them to 2 cups of dry red wine, bring to a boil. When the volume of the liquid is halved, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of sugar. Filter and let cool.
 
- Add all ingredients except absinthe to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir for about 25 seconds. Spray a whisky glass with absinthe, pour the cocktail and enjoy.
